Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the usepicked website at https://usepicked.com and the usepicked application (the “Service”), operated by usepicked (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of an agency or company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that organisation.

1. What the Service does

The Service turns the answers you give in a guided questionnaire into a personalised GoHighLevel configuration (a “Build”): a pipeline, automation workflows selected from our module catalog, message templates, Voice AI and Conversation AI agent settings, a knowledge base and a post-import activation checklist. Drafts are generated with the help of AI and shown to you for review. When you approve a Build we compile it into a versioned specification, provision that specification into a temporary GoHighLevel sub-account under our own agency, package it as a GoHighLevel snapshot and give you a link to import it into a GoHighLevel agency you control. Where you connect your own GoHighLevel account and that option is available to you, we can instead provision directly into a sub-account you choose.

usepicked is not a CRM, a telephony service or a workflow engine. GoHighLevel runs the system you import; we produce it. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel Inc., and “GoHighLevel” and “HighLevel” are their trademarks.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must be at least 18 and give accurate registration details. Keep your password and two-factor codes to yourself; you are responsible for everything done under your account. Each account belongs to a workspace, and you may invite teammates and set whether they can view or manage Builds. You are responsible for the people you invite. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, abuses the Service or has not paid, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

3. Your GoHighLevel account

To use what we deliver you need your own GoHighLevel agency, or an agency that has agreed to import the snapshot for you. Your use of GoHighLevel is governed by your agreement with HighLevel Inc., including their limits on snapshots, phone numbers, email sending and AI features. If you connect a GoHighLevel account to the Service, you confirm you are entitled to authorise that access, and you can revoke it at any time from your workspace. We use a connected account only to check its status and to provision Builds you have approved into the target you selected.

4. Build credits, plans and payment

A Build credit is consumed when you approve a Build on the Review step, and only then. Starting a Build, analysing a website and regenerating drafts do not consume credits. Credits come from two sources: a subscription plan, which grants a fixed number of credits each month counted from the day the subscription started regardless of whether you pay monthly or yearly, and credit packs, which are bought outright and never expire. Monthly credits are used before purchased credits and do not roll over. If a subscription trial includes credits, they are available only during the trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Prices are shown before you pay and exclude any taxes we are required to add. If we change a plan's price we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and the new price applies from your next renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe or Paddle under their terms.

If provisioning of an approved Build fails permanently and we cannot deliver it, the credit is returned to your account. Purchased credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no credit from the pack has been used. Other refund requests are considered case by case; write to drserhii@gmail.com.

5. Reviewing and approving drafts

Everything the Service drafts, including extracted website facts, pipeline stages, messages, agent settings and knowledge base articles, is a proposal until you confirm it. AI-generated text can be wrong, and only you know the business. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before approval, for the accuracy of what you approve, and for making sure approved messages comply with the consent, marketing and telecommunications laws that apply where they will be sent. Once approved, a Build's specification is frozen; changes require a new Build.

6. Delivery and the activation checklist

After approval, provisioning runs automatically and then a member of our team packages the temporary sub-account as a snapshot. We aim to deliver the share link within one business day of a Build reaching the packaging stage, and we show the Build's current stage in your workspace, but this is a target and not a guarantee. GoHighLevel snapshots carry structure only: they cannot carry phone numbers, email sending domains, calendars, Google Business Profile or other account-bound connections, contacts or conversations. Each Build includes an activation checklist for the connections its modules need; completing it in your own account is your responsibility, and the automations will not run until you do. The temporary sub-account we build in is deleted after delivery and is never accessible to you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

8. Ownership

You own the information you enter about a business and the approved content of your Builds, and you may use the delivered snapshot in any GoHighLevel agency you control for as long as you like, including after your account closes. You grant us the right to store, process and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. We own the Service, the module catalog, our master snapshot, the workflow logic inside it and the prompts and code that generate drafts. Importing a snapshot gives you a licence to use the copy inside your agency; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying workflows, and you may not repackage them for sale as a standalone product.

9. Feedback and the roadmap

Suggestions you post on the public roadmap or send to us may be used freely to improve the Service, without any obligation to you. Do not include confidential information in a public suggestion.

10. Availability and changes

The Service depends on GoHighLevel's API and on our AI provider, and their outages, rate limits, plan requirements and API changes can delay or block provisioning. We will keep you informed through the Build workspace and by email, and we retry failed steps rather than abandoning a Build, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or retire modules and features; we will not remove a delivered snapshot from your agency, and material reductions in what a paid plan includes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is. We do not warrant that a delivered system will produce any particular business result, that AI-generated drafts are accurate or complete, or that a snapshot will import without adjustment into every GoHighLevel configuration. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill arising from the Service, from anything you import into GoHighLevel or from messages sent by automations you approved. Our total liability for any claim in a twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You will cover claims brought against us by third parties that arise from content you entered or approved, from websites you submitted for analysis without the right to do so, or from your breach of these terms or of applicable marketing and privacy law.

14. Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing drserhii@gmail.com; unused monthly credits lapse and purchased credits are refundable only under section 4. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and will otherwise give you 30 days' notice. Sections 8, 11, 12 and 13 survive termination.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, close your account before they apply.

16. Contact

Questions about these terms go to drserhii@gmail.com. Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
