Full provisioning step catalog: custom values, pipeline, calendars, agents, content and validation

Provisioning already creates the temporary sub-account and runs as ordered, retryable steps. We are switching on the remaining steps one at a time as each is verified against the live GoHighLevel API: writing custom values from the specification, configuring the pipeline, calendars, the knowledge base, the Conversation AI and Voice AI agents, applying approved content, activating modules and a read-back validation of the whole account.

Automatic snapshot creation when GoHighLevel exposes the API

Planned Feature

GoHighLevel currently has no API to create a snapshot from a sub-account, which is why packaging is a manual step with a one-business-day target. As soon as an endpoint ships, packaging becomes fully automatic and delivery follows provisioning within minutes.

Connected-account delivery: provision straight into a sub-account you connect

In progress Feature

Instead of importing a snapshot, connect your own GoHighLevel agency or sub-account (app install or private integration token), pick or create the target sub-account on the Delivery step, and have the approved Build written directly into it once it carries our base snapshot. Connections, target selection and the readiness check are live; the option opens to more workspaces as each provisioning step is verified for sub-account access.

Save your own defaults per industry: preferred pipeline stages, message tone, module set and agent behaviour. New Builds for similar clients start from your template instead of the generic recommendation.

Deeper personalisation for the industries agencies serve most, such as dental, home services, fitness and legal: industry-specific modules, qualification questions and knowledge base topics layered on top of the master snapshot.

Duplicate a delivered Build to reuse its confirmed profile, module selection, pipeline and approved messages as the starting point for a second location, a rebrand or a revised setup, then change only what differs.
