Once our team packages the temporary sub-account as a snapshot, the share link is generated automatically, shown in the Build workspace and emailed to the person who created the Build. Agencies below the GoHighLevel plan needed for share-link automation are handled by the same flow with a manually shared link.
Pipeline stages, every SMS and email for the selected modules, and the knowledge base articles are drafted from the confirmed business profile. You can edit inline, ask for a shorter, longer or different-tone rewrite, or regenerate. Earlier revisions are always kept, and only approved text is installed.
The installed app adds a usepicked entry to the GoHighLevel left navigation. It signs you into the right workspace from your GoHighLevel identity, shows every Build at agency level and only the relevant Builds inside a sub-account, and pre-targets new Builds at the sub-account you opened it from.
Choosing Voice AI or Conversation AI as a channel adds a dedicated wizard step: agent name, role, language, greeting, objective, qualification questions, allowed actions, transfer rules, escalation and working hours, all drafted for the business and all editable before approval.
Connect an agency or a sub-account by installing the usepicked app instead of pasting a private token. Token refresh is handled for you, the exact scopes are listed on the install screen, and uninstalling from GoHighLevel revokes the connection on our side within seconds. Private integration tokens remain available for agencies that cannot use Marketplace apps.
Paste a website address and usepicked reads the site, then proposes services, locations, opening hours, contacts, offers, FAQs and tone. Every proposal is confirmed, edited or removed field by field; nothing from the site is used until you tick it. Crawling is bounded to the address you give, with page and size limits, and the page text is treated as untrusted input.
Snapshots cannot carry phone numbers, email sending domains, calendars or Google Business Profile. Each delivered Build now shows a checklist with only the items its modules need, why each is needed and a link to the right GoHighLevel documentation. Ticks are saved per browser.
A Build abandoned at any wizard step reopens exactly there with all data intact, days or weeks later. The dashboard shows the last open Build with a one-click Continue, and each step explains how its answers are used downstream.
Approving a Build compiles everything you confirmed into a versioned specification that cannot be edited afterwards. It is the only input provisioning reads. Every status change is recorded with who made it and when, so agencies can prove exactly what was delivered to a client.
Invite teammates or a client into your workspace and decide whether they can only view Builds or also create, edit and approve them. Useful when a consultant does the setup and the business owner confirms the profile and messages.
Solo, Consultant and Agency plans grant a monthly allowance of Build credits; credit packs are banked and never expire. A credit is used only when a Build is approved, monthly credits are drained before banked ones, and a permanently failed provisioning run returns the credit.
The sub-account a Build is provisioned into lives in our agency only until the snapshot is delivered. It is then deleted automatically, with retries and an operator-visible status, so no client configuration lingers in our account.
